Panthers shut out Collins 3-0!

Oak wins pitchers duel as Tyler Mason and Dustin Haines shut out Klein Collins 3-0. Mason pitched 6 2/3 innings allowing no runs on 5 hits and striking out 10 KC batters. Haines came in to relieve Mason with the bases loaded and 2 outs in the bottom of the seventh He struck out the only batter he faced to preserve the win for Mason.

Oak got three defensive gems from Brandon McClain, throwing out a KC base runner at home, Wade Halfmann, a diving stop at second base to keep a runner from scoring from third and Matt Lara fielding a hard hit ball at third and firing across the diamond for the third out of the inning.
